This travel system is not user friendly. It is very difficult to get the two sides of the butterfly buckle to line up in order to fasten baby in to the car seat. The top buckle often gets twisted around. Compared to other infant car seats, the seat itself just doesn't seem as comfortable. It can also sound like the car seat has locked into the base but really it hasn't. You have to be extra careful about checking it.
