After reading the other reviews, even the "not so favorable" ones, I decided to by the whole kit anyway. I had no trouble removing the frozen food from the plastic trays. All you have to do is run hot water over the bottom of the tray and they pop out without any trouble - no twisting the tray, nothing like that. It's not rocket science!
